  • A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • If cancellation occurs after a billing cycle has started, the current month’s fee is non-refundable.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

  • Service Outage: If services are unavailable for an extended period (72 hours or more) due to a fault on our end.

  • Billing Error: If you were mistakenly charged an incorrect amount, we will adjust or refund the difference.

  • Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged twice for the same billing cycle.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services used partially during the billing cycle.

  • Customer-related issues such as device malfunction or local connectivity problems.
